Yoga for posture improvement and functional ageing classes in Streatham.

When: Monday at 7 pm and Wednesday at 9.30 am

What kind of yoga do you teach?

The style is a mix of Hatha yoga, somatic and functional movement. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to do it. I always give lots of options so everyone can work at their own pace.

Prices

Concession: £10 per class
Regular price: £12 per class
Pay-it-forwaard: £14 per class

Drop-in bundle: £45 for 3 classes.

All classes are booked termly.
Places are limited to 10 per class.

The classes are NOT suitable for:
  • People in acute pain
  • People who have suffered a recent injury or surgery
  • People who have difficulty coming down and up from the floor
