Thai yoga massage is a holistic therapy combining acupressure and yoga-like stretches that stimulate and balance the flow of energy in the body. The massage addresses a wide range of conditions.

Here are some of the benefits you might experience after a massage session.

  • Increased feeling of lightness and space in the body
  • Reduced aches and pains
  • Improved circulation, digestion and breathing
  • Enhanced immunity
  • Better flexibility, joint mobility and physical performance
  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Grounded and balanced body and mind
  • Deep relaxation

Thai massage can help with headaches, knee pain, back pain, PMS, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint and muscle pain, insomnia, other stress or trauma related conditions.

Traditionally one treatment lasts 2 hours. I also offer 1.5 hour and 1 hour sessions.

Thai yoga massage treatments can be combined with oil massage on the back, neck and shoulders.

Thai massage is practiced on a comfortable futon on the floor and no oil is used.
Please wear loose clothes or yoga type of clothing that allows free movement.

What people are saying:

Veselka is a natural born healer. Her calm and intuitive manner finds the root of any issue you may have. For example, I had a piercing back pain and after spending half an hour on my foot, the pain in my back disappeared! She has an extensive knowledge of the body and genuinely cares for whoever she is helping. I would highly recommend her for any treatment. She has an incredible gift.
