Terms and Conditions
All massages and classes should be paid in advance.
All bookings are confirmed only after the payment is made.
Yoga classes are paid for termly, half-termly or in blocks of 3. Classes cannot be carried over to the next term and once booked are non refundable.
Blocks of private classes should be taken within 3 months.
Gift voucher validity cannot be extended beyond the date on the card.
Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before appointed time with £5 administration fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling with 24-48 hours notice incur 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice incur the full treatment/teaching fee.
