Group classes in Streatham
Starting on September 8th, 2026

A small, specialist yoga class for women who are trying to conceive.

It is a carefully held space, designed specifically for the complexity of the fertility journey – the hope, the uncertainty, the toll it takes on your body and nervous system.

When: Tuesdays at 7 pm
Where; St. Leonard’s Church Hall in Streatham (map)

Prices:
£18 per class (if paid half-termly)
£16 per class (if paid termly)
Taster class: £20
Bundle of 3 drop-in classes – £60

Spaces are limited to 12.

The classes draw on yoga practices, somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support your body in a way that goes beyond stretching and strengthening. The focus is on settling the stress response, reconnecting with your pelvis and womb space, supporting your immune and endocrine systems and finding a little steadiness amid a process that can feel anything but steady.

If you’d like to hear first when booking opens, leave your name and email below and I’ll be in touch.

On-demand yoga course

Over time, I’ve had the privilege of listening to women share their experiences and preferences when it comes to practicing fertility yoga and I’d like to share some of those insights with you:

  • Flexibility matters. Fertility journeys can involve medical appointments, treatments, or simply days when energy levels shift. Women need the freedom to practice whenever it feels best for their body and mind.
  • Privacy feels safe. Because fertility can be such a tender and personal experience, many women appreciate practicing without the pressure of being seen or compared to others.
  • Emotions can be unpredictable. Many women have shared that on harder days they long for something calming or grounding, while at other times they’re drawn to practices that feel energising and uplifting.
  • Personalisation. Many women value being able to select classes that align with their cycle or stage of treatment, rather than following along with a one-size-fits-all class.

What I’ve learned is that autonomy, privacy, and emotional safety are the three things that make fertility yoga especially supportive during this journey. With this in mind, I’ve chosen to move away from live online classes and instead create a library of shorter, focused practices designed to truly honour and meet these needs.

The course is now live.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you to The Heart-Womb Connection – a complete on-demand fertility yoga course designed around exactly these principles. It has sixteen practices you can do at home, in your own time, at your own pace.
